In the early days of our companys, we ourselves were affected by the effects of poor sleep. Restless nights, tiredness during the day and a constant feeling of exhaustion affected our quality of life and our performance. But instead of resigning ourselves to this, we decided to actively look for solutions.
We started reading scientific studies and trying out different sleep techniques. After much experimentation and personal experience, we finally found a number of methods and strategies that significantly improved our sleep.
Inspired by our own successes and the positive change in our lives, we decided to share our findings and experiences with others. We started to build a community of like-minded people in our circle of friends and acquaintances who were interested in better sleep.
